Happy Day to you from Sherry Kathrein! With roots in Colorado, she found her way to Southwest North Dakota in the Spring of 2018 to be closer to her family. She's had the pleasure of living and working in this vibrant community for the past several years. She started her real estate career in 2024. As a former paralegal for over 30 years, and now real estate agent, she has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field.

Real estate to her is more about the people and relationships than property. She feels that each person and property have a story to tell. As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. Her clients appreciate her flexibility, availability, patience and analytical skills. Her ability to help educate them as she walks with them through every step of the process lets them make the best decisions possible. She strives to ensure that buying or selling is fun, easy and stress-free.

Real estate is not her only passion. When she is not working with clients, she likes to spend time in the Black Hills and exploring ghost towns with her husband and their dogs.
