Bids should be marked BELFIELD INDUSTRIAL FACILITY. All individuals submitting written bids will have the right to orally raise their bids a 1:00 P.M. on September 20, 2017 at the office of Home and Land Company. Non-refundable earnest money of $10,000 is required for the successful bid with the signed purchase agreement. Closing is to occur on or before October 31, 2017.
